List the amenities of your house.
Write up a brief description (100 words or less) of your house in a Word, Word Perfect, or Text document. If you do not have access to one of these editors, a typed letter will work. Or, now we have an online form that you could print out to enter your information on. Please no hand written letters. Along with this description, include information from our sample house ad as follows:

Location (street address, city, state, and zipcode)
Size of house (in square footage)
Number of bedrooms and bath rooms (include half baths)
Lot size -- in acre(s) or square feet (please specify)
Color and type of exterior
Type of house (ranch, split level, etc.)
Year house was built
Any special characteristics (i.e. great room, fire place, newly remodeled, fenced in yard, etc...)
The asking price
Types of utilities
Type of water/sewer
Type of heating
Central Air? (yes or no)
Have a Basement? Fireplace? Laundry Area? (yes or no)
Road Frontage (in feet)
Garage Size (number of cars)
County
Township
Subdivision
School district
Type of Street the Property is on (i.e. city street, paved country road, gravel road, etc...)
Neighborhood information (i.e. fifteen minutes from shopping mall, in the country, etc...)
Contact information for appointments (this should include a phone number, FAX, and e-mail where you can be reached during the day)

Take pictures of the house.

Include at least three pictures of the house. We recommend one of the outside and two of the inside. We will only display 3 pictures (more can be displayed for a nominal charge), but if you send more than 3 pictures we will pick the 3 pictures that scan the best. The outside picture should be on a nice sunny day with the sun to your back or side.

Please note that the pictures CANNOT be returned and become the property of Look for - Property.com and be available for use only in promotions for your property sale.
